They did what now? Sheesh… I thought only communists wanted to ”utterly eradicate the past” (this phrase was actually used as a slogan and appears in the “official” Hungarian translation of the Communist International song, so i know how sinister connotations it bears… think of the “cultural revolution” in China for a rough comparison). Well, perhaps Breivik was indeed right, and liberals are only commies in sheep’s clothing.

Or as the great George Orwell put it: “He who controls the past controls the future. He who controls the present controls the past.”

How about putting our own land first!? It’s disgusting that so many children are living in such a state and the government do nothing to help them.

Quote
"A people, mindful of its origins and past and the prospects that the future yields for it, takes control of its own destiny and continually confronts the prospect of its own demise. It ultimately confronts the most basic choice of all: To affirm or reject its own existence."

— Martin Heidegger (September 26, 1889 – May 26, 1976)
